Meet Sarah Kadulski
Digital Marketing Manager
Where are you from and how did you wind up at Blue Magnet Interactive?
I am originally from Appleton, Wisconsin. After I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, I moved to Chicago and launched my digital marketing career. I was referred to Blue Magnet by my childhood friend who worked at BMI for several years. I was a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager for a year and half, until my first stint at BMI was cut short by a job transfer for my husband’s career. We moved to Iowa for two years, but ultimately relocated back to Chicago – our true home. I am thrilled to be back at Blue Magnet picking up right where I left off, and I am eager to help hoteliers execute successful digital marketing strategies.
What about Blue Magnet/your role at Blue Magnet do you love most?
I love the people at Blue Magnet! Our team is a group of highly skilled, passionate individuals who are helpful and eager to learn. Together we collaborate to come up with new strategies that will allow our clients to successfully improve and increase their digital footprint. As a Digital Marketing Manager I enjoy being the hub of central communication for my clients and my team members. I am committed to making sure my clients receive the best service and that my team members have the tools they need to execute our digital marketing tactics.
What’s your favorite thing to do in Chicago?
Now that I live in the suburbs, I love returning to the city to explore the dining scene. Chicago is home to some of the most unique restaurants and there is no short supply of incredibly talented chefs. I love coming to the city to try new restaurants. If you are planning a trip to Chicago, I highly recommend you check out our Definitive Guide to Chicago for some of the best places to eat, drink and explore.
If we lived in a world without internet, what would be your alternate career?
I would, without a doubt, be a teacher. I have always had a passion for learning and sharing my knowledge.
If a restaurant were to name a sandwich after you, what would be on it?
The Sarah Special would actually be avocado toast – so an open faced sandwich. I am a stereotypical millennial and I have a strong appreciation for avocados. I love the versatility of avocado toast – topping opportunities are endless!
